I am going to tell you my first impressions of San Francisco !
I have a single word which comes to mind, it is “WAOUW”. This city is wonderful !
It is a very beautiful city with a victorian and modern particular architectural style.
San Francisco is a very cosmopolitan city with a Chinese district ”CHINATOWN“, a Japanese district "JAPANTOWN“, a gay district ” THE CASTRO", a hippie district” HAIGHT ASHBURY ” and so many other districts.
I discovered the UNION SQUARE in downtown where all the shops are concentrated ( for shopping fanatics !)
What surprised me is from a street to an other, we change litterally universe, culture, atmosphere.
Another thing surprised me is the san franciscan ... they are so open-minded and kindness ! People don't hesitate to help / advice you when you need. An atmosphere of happyness and positivty !
Futhermore, there is a strong "Bay area" mindset that is to say that "business is everything". Indeed, it is the bay surrounding San Francisco and where house Silicon Valley and all its wearable projects and big companies as Google. Silicon Valley which makes this city an emblem. It is also the area which shelters most billionaires.
Let's speak about the San Franciscan' s weather.... . I am so disappointed ! It is so cold and so unstable ! From a day to another, the weather can littrally change. San Francisco is known for its strong winf and its foggy , sooooo Welcome to San Franciscooo ! Bruuh
For all these reasons, "The city by the bay," as she is nicknamed is considered a little city, compared to the rest of the United States.
